2015 Parental Rights Bill Being Filed in the State of Florida Legislature

Rep. Michael Bileca (R-Miami Dade) has courageously undertaken the parental rights cause in the House of Representatives by deciding to file a Parental Rights Bill. We thank Rep. Bileca, (a home schooling father), for his support of this measure.

(For more information on the critical need for this type of law, see the informational links at the bottom of this article.)

To pass this legislation, it will require strong support RIGHT NOW from Indian River & Brevard Counties.

Our Senator, Thad Altman (R-District 16-Indian River/Brevard Co.) is considering sponsoring this Bill in the Florida Senate. Why is this important? Without a Bill in the Senate to match the measure in the House of Representatives, all the efforts up till this point will stall. That would amount to a continued open door for government over-reach into the family affairs of good parents raising Florida’s families. Let’s work together to stop this threat TODAY!

SEN. ALTMAN NEEDS TO HEAR YOUR VOICE RIGHT NOW! This requires an effort from each one of us. A little bit of effort from everyone in the state will make this happen, and together we will enjoy the fruits of our labors for generations to come.
